The ROOTS Compost Tumbler seeks to change Americans' feelings towards composting and food waste by introducing composting to Elementary school students as a teaching and learning aid.
The tumbler can be used in a variety of science experiments and curriculum. It offers students and teachers an option to get out of the classroom without losing valuable learning time.
The Tumbler also teaches children about recycling, reuse, and Cradle to Cradle ideas as it is made of entirely recyclable, and re purposed parts.
